At SRM Car Rentals, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be processed for bookings made through our platform. By making a booking with us, you agree to the terms stated herein.
Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:
Booking Cancellation by Customer:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the booking start time – Eligible for a full refund (minus any applicable transaction charges).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking start time – Eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made after the booking start time – No refund will be issued.
Booking Cancellation by SRM Car Rentals:
In rare cases where SRM Car Rentals cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle unavailability, technical issues, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Late arrival or no-show for the booking.
Violation of rental agreement terms (including but not limited to driving under the influence, reckless driving, or using the vehicle for prohibited activities).
Providing false documents or identification.
Damage to the rented vehicle due to negligence.
All refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway policies.
In cases where part of the service has been used or the booking duration is shortened by the customer after pickup, partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of SRM Car Rentals.
