Beware before taking delivery, the cars mostly have multiple minor scratches and dents which may not get recorded in the video at pickup. Please ensure to get a clean exterior car so that all scratches and dents are recorded. Although a good service in Udaipur, however the cars of Jaipur registration so be careful while driving , more visible to Traffic police. (edit after response from owner) No police stopped, no challan was issued, I do not understand what bike the rental service is mentioning. my POV here is that Jaipur registration self drive rental cars are more likely to be catch attention of the police. The car was booked only for 3 days and not 5. No overspeeding was done and only 250 kms was the total run.

People were very polite but car wasn’t in the good condition. It was dirty from inside and clutch and brakes were very bad. We got the swift dzire 2023 model and it was so dificult to take to the sajjangarh fort since there was no pickup in the car. It was 65k kms driven and still costed 2500rs per day along with extra delivery charges. Those charges were highly unjustified for the condition of the car. Constructive feedback would be - Provide a clean car with proper brakes and clutch. Do a proper servicing for the cars which have been driven more than 50k kms. Mentioned that to the customer as well so that they can take a decision based on that instead of mentioning the car year.
